I am Jon Davidson, Managing Director of Food Safety Management Ltd. We provide bespoke consultancy for your food safety, HACCP, quality assurance & control systems and hygiene training needs.  We have been involved in food manufacturing for over 30 years and in a consultancy role for the last 16 years.  My background is within meat processing and bakery products and through the consultancy working closely with in RTE products such as cooked meat, hot smoked fish, RTE & whole head salad production, storage & distribution, RPET extrusion & thermoforming and agents & brokers. We offer any of the following:

  • Internal Auditing of quality systems to BRC requirements.
  • Writing and implementing quality management and HACCP   systems bespoke to customers’ needs.
  • Advising on production methods and mechanisms for optimum   efficiency.
